I want summer!!
I have been looking through my pictures and found these of us boating last year on Utah Lake with my brother. JJ was driving the boat with his dad, with Uncle Jamie, and swimming with Aunt Annie. I want summer!! It has been so nice to be able to go outside with the kids this past week. I hate when the weather toys with my emotions like this.... cold warm cold, snow sun rain....just give me the warm summer SUN!!!
JJ as Turk (this is for all of you Scrubs fans)
So one of my favorite all time episodes of Scrubs is the airbanding episode. For those of you who don't watch Scrubs let me tell you a little about this episode. There are some guys that work in the hospital that want to start their own airband. They are holding rehearsals and Turk trys out for the lead singer. He mouths the words and dances to "Poison" by Bell Biv DeVoe. Well JJ watched this with us and started dancing like Turk. It is the cutest thing!! I wish I could find my vidoe camera.

Looking for a book to read??
I have read a couple of good books lately that are a pretty easy read if anyone is interested and looking for something to read.
The first book is Same Kind of Different As Me by Ron Hall & Denver Moore. This book kind of stared out a little slow, but if you hang in there it gets better and is well worth reading to the end! This book is a tear jerker. It has a wonderful message about giving, serving and being selfless.
The second book is Don't Sweat the Small Stuff...and it's All Small Stuff by Richard Carlson. This book has been around for EVER, but I have never taken the time to read it. It has some really good ideas about how to make your life more positive. It has helped me to focus more on others instead of myself. I think this is a book I will be refering back to in my life when I need to do a self evaluation.
If you read these I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

TAGGED!!!
Okay, I was tagged by Heidi and I am finally following through.....
What was I doing 10 years ago:
I was working at Jerry Seiner Car Dealership as a receptionist. I was going out dancing every weekend at The Bay (hahahahaha). Other than that I was probably at home watching MTV.
5 places I have been:
1. Encinata Mexico. I went on a short three day cruise from California to Encinata for my 16th birthday. It was a fun gettaway.
2. U.S. Women's Open. I went to Oregon to see my sister - in - law play golf in the women's open the summer before I married Adam
3. Canada. When I was twelve my family and I got in an RV and took a road trip up to Canada.
4. The four corners. I have stood in four different states at the same time Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico.
5. Boston. This is the farthest place I have travled. I went there to pick up my friend Becky from her mission.
5 things on my to do list:
1. CLEAN my house
2. go grocery shopping
3. there are a few books that are on my list that I want to read. The Laws of Attraction, The Secret, and Sherry Dew's new book I can't remeber the name.
4. make more time for my husband. We have had two sick kids the last couple of weeks, so my poor husband has been neglected.
5. find a way to make/win a million dollar :)
5 things you might not know about me
1. You will have to check out my 100 list and see if you can find five things
